Reflection

Participating in the mock job interview was an enlightening and challenging

experience. It underscored the importance of thorough preparation before any interview,
as researching the company and position enabled me to provide more relevant and
thoughtful responses. During the interview, I grasped the significance of active listening
and maintaining a confident yet approachable demeanor. Nevertheless, I recognized
areas for improvement in my communication skills, such as organizing my thoughts
more effectively and avoiding unnecessary jargon. After the interview, I learned the
value of being grateful and expressing my appreciation and reaffirming my interest in
the role. Going forward, I am committed to refining my interview techniques, practicing
common interview questions, and seeking feedback from mentors or friends to enhance
my performance and increase my chances of success in future interviews.
