I am overall encouraged by my results.

For starters, I now know that I am

capable of working as part of a team. Many of the things that I do on a regular

basis, such as doing my share of the work, or trusting others, are all part of being

a good team member. Additionally, my self esteem and communication skills are

solid. One interesting aspect of my communication skills is changing my

approach to different audiences. Since this seems to be such a critical peice of

communication, I scored myself fairly high. My scores in Self esteem were so

high because I don’t let my failures define me, and know my self worth. Although

I had strengths, I also found I had weaknesses while completing this self

examination. One of my most glaring weaknesses was resumes and interview

conduct. As this self examination shows and I know about myself, I have little

experience putting together resumes, and I struggle at it. Furthermore, I goof off

a little to much and struggle to behave professionally at a interview. All of this

factors into the low score I gave myself in resumes and interviews. Another

weakness I had was Self awareness. I gave myself a low score here because

sometimes its hard for me to know how I am being perceived. I am decent at

reading other people, but sometimes I just can’t tell. Sometimes if I don’t figure

out how I am being perceived, I also won’t understand how it affects my

relationships. These are all things I’m looking to improve during this class
