Check for New PMO2 order and fully confirm the operations and TECO for the first
3 time and check the result In Maint Plan

Take a old existing order which is partially confirmed and TECO'd ,Now do not
4 confirm the order , only do the UNTECO and TECO and check the result .

With Shift order = OFF , Take a old existing order which is partially confirmed and
5 TECO'd , now UNTECO the order and Again try To TECO and check the result .
Order Effect on TECO date

The initial TECO date will be remain as the TECO date

29834963 even we UNTECO and TECO multiple times .

The current date ( Confirmed date of the operation ) will

be considered as new TECO date for that order , even
though we save the TECO with the initial TECO date as
29834903 reference date .

The initial TECO date will be considered as the TECO date

29840565 when we UNTECO and TECO multiple times .

Even , we don’t fully confirm the operation on current

date , the current date when we UNTECO'd will be
29834672 considered as the new TECO date .

With shift order unchecked , the new TECO date will be

taken as the current date only because the orders were
confirmed partially during initial TECO and we had
29831217 UNTECO'D and TECO'D now for the second time.
Effect on completion date in maint plan for a call whose completion
date determine the future call .

The completion date of that call will not get changed and will not shift
the future call planned dates , as the TECO date was restricted to its
initial TECO date only .

The completion date of that call will get changed to the new TECO
date , the reason is that order is partially confirmed only and we are
UNTECO'ng on the current date.

UNTECO and TECO for Second time
The initial date will be shown by
Default .
Tyring to change the reference
date to Todays date and trying to
save the order . wr can see that
the system will not accept it and
throw an error as per below
Confirming
final comple
UNTECO the order and we can see TECO
has been removed from system status.
Confirming the operation hours and
final completion
Now , while we do TECO , by default
system will consider the initial TECO
date only .
If we try to enter the current date manually ,
system will not consider and will throw an
error as per below .
Again While we TECO , by default system
will consider the Initial TECO date itself ,
but still todays date will be considered as
TECO date even though the reference
date will be taken as inital TECO date .

The reason for this kind of behaviour is because of partial

confirmation of order and was TECO'D for first time and now we
have UNTECO and TECO'd Again after confirmation . Hence in this
case , system will take the confirmation date as the TECO date
even though the reference date recommend the inital TECO date.
now we

TECO for the first time , hence system will take

Manually forcing the date here to future date ,
But system will throw an error as per below as it
consider the Initial TECO date as the reference
date .

Changing the Reference date to Past date

manually , But system will throw an error
even in this case as well .
There wont be any shift in the completion date as it will be freezed to
the inital TECO date only and hence it will not have any impact on the
future planned order for which orders are yet to generate .
UNTECO'D the orde
UNTECO'D the order .
While TECO , system consider the initial TECO
date as its reference date . However , the
current date will be considered as the TECO
date because the order was partially
Confirmed .

Inital TECO was on

UNTECO'D and TECO for second
time, Hence by default system will
consider the initial TECO date as the
ref date
However , we can see that the TECO date was taken as
04/06/2023 - Current date . This is happening for the orders
which are patially confirmed.
