Rankin County Sheriff officers' custody.
• Lack of transparency in his policies and procedures concerning hiring and firing practices.
• Inadequate training in the use of firearms and tasers by his officers.
• The use of excessive force, unlawful searches, and discriminatory policing.
• Poor policies concerning body cameras.
There can be no reconciliation nor trust regain in the community ifhe remains as Sheriff. He has violated
