I. COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

A. INSTRUCTION: Start the discussion in a macro level and then move to specific citing various
examples/incidents relevant to the topic by using (IBC) Introduction ,body/ citing with Legal Bases/theories
and conclusion /recommendation
1. State the policy guidelines on system assessment in The K to 12 Basic Education Program and give your
comment.

2. Discuss comprehensively Performance Assessment and its purpose.

3. Differentiate between product and processes and how to assess the learners.

4. Compare and contrast individual performance and give each example.

5. In the Classroom objectives in making test items teachers are encourage to use or select the types of item
formats which are best suited for measuring THE DESIRED SKILLS and basis for the BEHAVIOR TO
BE TESTED.

6. Differentiate between RESTRICTED and EXTENDED; STATIC AND DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE


and its implication to the student performance. Site examples.

7. Explain how dynamic assessment correlates with Vygotsky’s Zone Proximal Development

8. Give all the type of test Items and ITS GUIDELINES in developing test items. Discuss the qualities of
good assessment and its validity.

9. Give your comment and recommendations on the implementation on the regional/Division Standardized
Assessment and its implications to the teachers teaching performance and learners assessment result.

10. Formulate questions using six level of Blooms Taxonomy in your respective grade level /subject area
taught USING DIFFERENT KINDS OF ITEM TEST. Submit with TQ and TOS with the following:
