mother’s biggest positive quality is that she is very friendly and outgoing, she makes friends
wherever she goes. Her worst quality is that she is very shy and reserved.

Before, I was a shy and reserved person.

I had no friends and I was not able to give speeches in front of class.

My family is a small family, we are very few people in our family nucleus, one of the advantages

I live alone and from time to time my girlfriend stays 1-2 weeks with me here at home

I took a course on how to handle a difficult person and they taught me that with those 5
strategic points it is easy to deal with a difficult person.
If we listen and remain calm in front of that person, they will respect and understand that we
are not looking for problems with them.
If we respond with anger, possibly he/she will respond in an inappropriate way.
