    Introduction

    The reason for this portfolio is to show my abilities, achievements and work that
    best express my capacities hitherto into my advanced degree.

    Acknowledgement

    I might want to communicate my extraordinary thanks of appreciation to my


    educators in grade school for their ready to guide and show me during my elementary
    days. For my educators in middle school, I might want to say that I am truly grateful to
    them that I came to be aware/find out about such countless things. Im exceptionally
    appreciative to my educators from rudimentary to secondary school. At long last, I might
    likewise want to thank my folks and compassions who helped me a ton throughout
    everyday life. They been with me to help me in all that I do.
    Part 1 ACADEMIC RECORDS

    During my elementary graduation, my grandma escorted me. I recall my


    grandma being overjoyed because his grandson has already graduated from
    elementary. A grandma love for his grandson is both amazing and heartfelt. My
    grandma is not perfect, but she will go to any length to meet our needs and desires.
    Part II EXTACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
    PART III. PERFORMANCE OR ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL

    Basketball is the sport that I love since I was a kid and playing

    It with my friends and cousin makes it exciting and fun. This photo is my
    teammates they were the one whom I play with. Win or lose it doesn’t matter because I
    always put in mind that whatever the result of the game I will be always happy and
    grateful because I know that I do my best.
    PART IV. LIFE SKILL ACTIVITIES

    Hobbies

    My side interest are playing basketball, watching Neflix , drawing and painting,
    understanding heartfeit/comedies books, investing energy with my canines , looking at
    my online entertainment, and eating. There are numerous things I like to do however
    what I like to do most is eat my #1 food varieties while watching movies.

    INTEREST

    My inclinators are to be aware and find out about a person or thing…. I have in
    concentrating on structural designing yet I’m worried about the possibility that I was
    unable to make it happen, that I am anxious about the possibility that I will have an
    extremely difficult time learning and keeping up.

    CONCLUSION

    My accomplishment in examination since rudimentary to senior secondary


    schools my abilities and the things that intrigue me and my leisure activities throughout
    everyday life.

    My accomplishment that have profound significant for me, and that all through
    my lige I have my folks and companions and my educators that show me new things. I
    have composed here in my life portfolio are my accomplishments.
