    JOB VACANCY ANOUNCEMENT – STORESMAN

    The above vacancy has arisen within the Logistics Department (Central Stores). Details for the
    vacancy are as follows:
    Responsibilities
    • Order and receive goods from suppliers, verifying quality, quantity, pricing, and any other
    relevant info on suppliers’ invoices.
    • Ensure all GRVs are processed timeously.
    • Ensure all stock is captured in the Pastel.
    • Receive branch orders, prepare, and dispatch timeously.
    • Ensure month-end stock take and reconciliation are done timeously.
    • Notify supervisors and managers of inventory levels.
    • Responsible for stores safety, security, and hygiene.
    • Any other duties as required by your superiors and management.
    Qualifications
    ➢ 5 O Levels and Diploma in stores management or related qualification.
    ➢ 2-3 years’ working experience.
    ➢ Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
    ➢ Must be organized, honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
    ➢ Proficient in computers (MS Office i.e., Word/Excel/Presentation).
