1- Innovation: can be defined as the intentional introduction and application within a

role, group, or organization, of ideas, processes, products or procedures, new to the

relevant unit of adoption, designed to significantly benefit the individual, the group, or

wider society.

2- Information Technology (IT): The study or use of systems (especially computers and

telecommunications) for storing, retrieving, and sending information.

3- Healthcare: The maintenance or improvement of health via the prevention, diagnosis,

and treatment of diseases and other physical and mental impairments in human beings.

It includes the work done in providing primary care, secondary care, and tertiary care, as

well as in public health.
