Congratulations on taking the first step to rediscover your self-confidence.

Based on your results, you may feel like you are not gaining the support,
encouragement and feedback you need to be confident and reach your goals.
Negative words from those you care about, people on social media and that little
voice inside your head are chipping away at your self-confidence. Your
environment doesn't seem to encourage you to reach your full potential, which
might lead to you losing hope. In this worksheet I use the term social persuasion to
describe the process above.

I want you to know that you are not alone; there are so many of us who struggle
with a lack of self-confidence just like you.

Believe it or not, it is possible to increase your own self-confidence!

Each of us has a superpower inside of us, but sadly nobody has shown us how to
turn it on before.  We are going to change that! Through this worksheet, I aim to
help you address social persuasion to fill your self-confidence bucket.

Believe it or not, you have the potential to score 100%. Due to various
factors and circumstances, you may only have access to some of this
potential at this moment in time.

Your self-confidence score is a representation of the self-confidence


potential you are currently utilizing to your benefit.

We are going to use your current self-confidence score as a starting point


and measuring tool. Keeping in mind how important it is to have
something to work towards, you are going to redo the self-confidence test
at the end of the 7 days.

Stephen Covey, who wrote The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, said it so
well: "Start with the end in mind."

Always remember: The reaching of goals happen twice, first in your mind
and then in reality.

Let's talk about social persuasion

Support, encouragement and feedback from others can fill your self-
confidence bucket. Sadly, the opposite is also true - negative words from
those you care about can steal your self-confidence.

When it comes to your self-confidence, the people you surround yourself


with is like a scalpel in the hands of a surgeon; it can either save a life or
take it.

When last did you speak words of encouragement to yourself? You can
also be your greatest supporter or your greatest enemy.

Step Two is all about identifying the people, platforms (social media, for
example), environments (at home, at work, certain social gatherings, etc.)
and types of self-talk that build and steal your self-confidence.
