Based on your results, you may feel like you are not gaining the support,
encouragement and feedback you need to be confident and reach your goals.
Negative words from those you care about, people on social media and that little
voice inside your head are chipping away at your self-confidence. Your
environment doesn't seem to encourage you to reach your full potential, which
might lead to you losing hope. In this worksheet I use the term social persuasion to
describe the process above.
I want you to know that you are not alone; there are so many of us who struggle
with a lack of self-confidence just like you.
Each of us has a superpower inside of us, but sadly nobody has shown us how to
turn it on before. We are going to change that! Through this worksheet, I aim to
help you address social persuasion to fill your self-confidence bucket.

INSTRUCTIONS: Set aside some quiet time to work through the 7 steps in
this worksheet. You can reuse this worksheet as many times as you like.
Print it out, use your own notebook, or save it on your mobile phone or
desktop. This is a fillable document. If you would like to complete it
digitally, remember to download and save it before you start filling in your
answers.

factors and circumstances, you may only have access to some of this
potential at this moment in time.
Stephen Covey, who wrote The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, said it so
well: "Start with the end in mind."
Always remember: The reaching of goals happen twice, first in your mind
and then in reality.
INSTRUCTIONS: Use the template below to write down your current self-confidence score, as
well as the self-confidence score that you aspire to achieve at the end of the 7 days.

Support, encouragement and feedback from others can fill your self-
confidence bucket. Sadly, the opposite is also true - negative words from
those you care about can steal your self-confidence.
When last did you speak words of encouragement to yourself? You can
also be your greatest supporter or your greatest enemy.
Step Two is all about identifying the people, platforms (social media, for
example), environments (at home, at work, certain social gatherings, etc.)
and types of self-talk that build and steal your self-confidence.
INSTRUCTIONS: Close your eyes and take 5 deep breaths. Think about your current situation.
Use the template below to identify people, platforms, environments and types of self-talk that
encourage and support you, as well as the things that are stealing your self-confidence.
