Barangay Manguiao is known to be the prime hidden cave tourist

spot of Asturias, Western Cebu, lived by the creative, healthy

and united citizens with diversified and sustainable economy with
safe, natural environment and fully developed and durable
infrastructure and most of the barangay officials are service-
oriented, trusted, and honest public servants.

Barangay Manguiao shall provide our constituents the quality

infrastructure and social services prioritizing the health and
education for the welfare of the less fortunate and to improve
the economy by managing our hidden cave tourist spot to be fully
developed.

 Social Development Sector – to achieve universal primary and

secondary education, to improve maternal health and to lessen
malnourished
 Economic Development Sector – to maintain economic
leadership
 Environmental development Sector – to ensure environmental
sustainability and to promote environmental awareness
 Infrastructure Development Sector – to provide many projects
catering the need of the residents
