Title: Project I DREAM (Identifying Dependable, Reachable & Enthusiastic
sponsors for an Active and Meritable learners)
Project Description:
The Project I DREAM is an initiative to cater the needs of deserving
learners with good class standing by means of helping them to finance their
respective miscellaneous fees in school by looking and providing them
sponsorship and or scholarship from generous and kind benefactors.
The Project I DREAM makes the dreams of the learners a reality. It
will help them continuously avail to relevant basic despite of possible threats
of not pursuing their schooling due to poor status, low-income rate, and less
previledge condition that may lead to deprivation of opportunities for
continous learning attainment.
The Project I DREAM through the substantial participation of
supportive and assertive sponsors will at least help selected learners break
the economic barrier restraining their potentials to gain great motivation and
dedication as they strive for best to realize, achieve, and reach the fruit of
labor they exerted to finish their degree of secondary education.
This project will greatly help the school to intensify the pillar of
education along access where all school-age children, out-of-school youth

and adults have access to relevant education. Thus, it will also address
encountered immediate chellenges in access resulting for good intermediate
outcome. Hence, it will help the school keep and sustain its key performance
indicators as great enabling mechanism for good governance. Furthermore,
it helps to enliven the department of education, mission and vision and that
is- Every Filipino has the right to complete basic education and realize its
full potential to contribute meaningfully building the nation.
With the outstrip effort exerted by the proponent to outsource funds

for this project, the additional spare funds to be collected from other
stakeholders will be utilized to provide basic needs of the selected learners
such as paper, pen or pencil, bag and other learning materials. In this way,
it conditions the learners to be more responsible and accountable in
sustaining great academic standing and performances in school as a way to
reciprocate the kindness of the committed donors and sponsors. It instill in
their hearts and minds to value the opportunity and gift of kindness given to
them.
Project Objectives:
1. To assist learners in financing their miscelanous fees for access to
basic education learning opportunities;
2. To inspire and motivate learners to pursue education amidst
challenges;
3. To sustain and maintain key performance indicators of school for good
governance.

4. To realize the Department of Education’s Vision and Mission for
quality basic education of everyone.
Activities
As to the implementation of this project, the proponent will work on
the following to ensure the realization of this endeavor.
1. Profiling of learners to identify the in need for scholarship assistance.
2. Identify possible sponsors and tie up with the TERA of Victoria High
School for the identified beneficiaries and send letters of
communication for affirmation and confirmation.
3. Outsource funds in providing learning materials as additional support
for the beneficiaries.
4. Organize a simple launching of the project and award the simple bind
of Agreement.
5. Monitor the support from the identified benifactors/sponsors as per
the agreed timeline of giving financial assistance to identifief
beneficiaries.
6. Giving of follow-ups and continuous seeking for other possible
sponsors for the continuous support to sustain the program.
