Report on the 23/August/2023

The report has been written to discribe my coverage , the finding, significance of the findings in
July and August 2023 according the Job discription. The syllabus was covered as in trouser
patterns making and crafts in carpet making, recycling, fabric decorations and design creation.

Finding
The second year students where not well conversant with the trouser patterns and the cutting.

The first year students were not conversant with hand crafts in fabrics, interior and fashion
which include carpets, design creation, recycling and patch work .

There was little knowledge in sketching and drawing with both first year and second year.

The students are motivation but still luck speed and neatness in work production which can
result to poor performance after school.

The students are comparative and love working in any given time for example when volunteers
make any order the are quick to produce the germent.

Significance of the findings.

The students are not well conversant with what they are supposed to cover in the syllabus of
level one and level two which leads to low concentration when giving them a certain topic thus
many missing out.

Achievements
The students in second year where enble to master the trouser pattern and drafting on cloth
and paper.

The students in first year where enble to master carpet crafting, knitting, patch work , recycling
and Abit of drawing with design creation .

The students in second year where enble to produce there own individual trouser pattern.

The students in first year where enble to produce there own carpets , modols and patch work
designs .
Challenges
There has been a lot of disorganization in students due to large orders from volunteers hence
low concentration in class.

The students have less concerntration on what a new tutor is teaching due to luck of the time
table of when they are supposed to be using the machines, leading to a lot of movements

The job discription given to me didn't involve supervision of students in domestic work which
has been interacting my morning program of meetings in the morning held by all tutors in the
organization.

The transportation cost has been high leading to backrapucy.

Solutions to the challenges

The job discription should be clear to the employee to avoid assumption and for proper
preparation.

The students should be given a time table during the volunteer turn which will help them to be
organized and to avoid miss out on important topics.

My goals in the organization

To ensure students master pattern drafting to be enble to produce perfect garments and
compite with the out side market.

To ensure students learn crafts work in order for them to be multipurpose in the worldwide
market.

To ensure students gain business , social and moral skills in to be out standing

To ensure the students produced in the organization can seat and compite with other students
in exams nationaly .

To ensure the students produced from the organization become the face of the fame of the
organization by improving in skills, quality of work and production.

To ensure the students produced in the organization can be trained for the organization purpose
due to there own good acquired skills
Conclusion
There has been finding and significance through July and August of first year and second year
but hence an improvement in students syllabus and learning has been achieved in skills of
crafts and pattern making.

Dear madam

This letter regards an assurance claim of my daily transport of fee 15000

On the 25th of july last month I was requested to claim my transportation fee of sh15000 daily
since from the the finance office where I was requested to attach it on my end of month report.
since the month was in the middle I was asked to make one combined report at the end of
August where I was to attach my Authorized claiming letter.

This transport was discussed and authorized

I hope my claim will be put into consideration .
