She shows great potential in
understanding the lessons that I've
discussed but I think she is lacking of
confidence in saying her opinion about
the topic but overall she is good in
analyzing the topic that have been
discussed. I also observed her kindness
during our meeting. I saw her hidden
motivation in showcasing her talents in
understanding the topics that I've
presented
Suggestions
I think she should work out her confidence in
answering oral recitations because as what I've
observed she is shy on answering the questions
but when I motivated her to answer, she
answered it correctly. I really want to point out
this one because it will really affect her grades
because 50% of the grade is performance. After
the intervention, I identified the problem about
her which is the lack of confidence in answering
oral recitations and I recommend that she will
work it out. I also suggest that she will prioritize
her studies because I saw a great potential in her.
She should go out in her shell and show the world
that she could do better.
