(A) Human Resource (HR):-

Sheet to employees.

 Responsible to handle the Union Bodies, negotiations on Charter of Demand


for Settlement Process

 Tracking the all statutory compliance under different-different act like P.F Act.,
ESIC Act, LWF Act, Contract Act, Factory Act, Wages Act, Bonus Act etc and
update all concerned registers, depositing and submitting the monthly and
yearly returns to authority within time frame.

 Atending and Handling the Labour Disputes in Labor Office, and Industrial
Tribunal.

 Responsible for run the factory as per prescribed norms Health, Safety &
Environment.
 Handling the CSR activities as per Co.’s Budget & Norms.

(C) GENRAL ADMINISTRATION:-


 Security and Housekeeping Management
I) Looking after function of security, concerned register, attendance of
security, report of incident, discipline, dress code etc.
2) Maintaining quality Housekeeping & Pest control as per GMP norms.
 Transport & Canteen Facility Management
1) Looking after transportation Facilities for employees, Guest as well as
making the rout plans of transport
2) Looking after canteens facilities, decide weekly menu, checking the food
quality and hygienic
 Office Management
I) Looking after all misslanious work photocopier machine, stationary, pantry
expenses, newspaper, courier services etc.
(D) Liasoning Work:-
