Employment December-2004. It is a branch of Maya Exports Corporation Group, a growing
company engaged in cloth manufacturing specialist in children’s and ladies garments.
Its turn over is Rs. 250 Crore and having the total manpower strength of 600
employees.

 Coordinate with joint committee meetings, Production meeting, Safety meeting & canteen

Legal Compliance

 Ensure statutory compliances of varies legislations viz. The EPF Act, The ESIC Act, The
Factories Act, The Payment of Bonus Act, The Payment of Gratuity Act, The Payment of
Wages Act, The Minimum Wages Act, The Industrial Employment Act, The Contract
Labour Act etc.
 Monitoring of Legal records and Statutory registers as per Govt. norms and managing of
License renewal.

Liasoning & Administration

 Liaison with all necessary Govt. deptt, Factories office, , labour court, Civil court, High
Court, ESIC, P.F. office, U.P. Pollution board, BSNL, MTNL, Electricity, Delhi Jal Board,
DDA, Noida Authority, ARTO office, Passport office, Security, House keeping, Postage &
Local Administrative offices, etc.
 House keeping & General maintenance of factory premises, Maintenance of all company
vehicles & control of transportation, Security control, Horticulture,
 Stationary control, Air & Railway ticket, Hotel & Guest house,
 Annual Maintenance Contract, Timely repair & maintenance of Boiler, DG Set,
Washing Machine, Tumbler, Hydro, Steam Press System, Perc Machine, Spotting
