Signature BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS: 1. Melt 8 oz. Butter and set aside to cool (to prevent cooking the eggs)

1 Cup butter, Melted + Cooled (8oz) 2. In a mixing bowl measure brown sugar, white sugar and oil.
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 3. Once butter is cool add it to the sugars and oil bowl. Mix to

8 1/4 oz. White Sugar 4. Add the Eggs, Vanilla and Salt.
4 Eggs
4 tsp Vanilla 5. Add flour and cocoa powder. Mix to incorporate and scrape the bowl.
5 oz. Flour Bake at 325 from 18 to 25 minutes.
4 oz. Cocoa
1 tsp Salt
