    In view of your office’s continued unjust refusal to accept and


    receive the undersigned’s payment for Advance Extraction Fee in
    the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.0)
    pertaining to his approved Industrial Sand and Gravel Extraction
    operations at Barangay Salvacion, Can-avid, Eastern Samar, please
    take notice that the undersigned will consign the said amount with
    the Municipal Trial Court of Can-avid, Eastern Samar as judicial
    deposit.
