RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BARANGAY DEVOLUTION TRANSITION PLAN (DTP) FOR CY 2022-2024 OF
BARANGAY CONCEPCION, LIBMANAN, CAMARINES SUR.

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Barangay unanimously decided to approved, update and amend the Devolution Transition Plan (DTP)
for CY 2022-2024;

WHEREAS, the barangay updated the time frame, source of fund, amount and other projects to specific details for the DTP;

WHEREAS, the MOOE, Capital Outlay, 20% EDF, 5% BDRRMF of the barangay was listed as source of fund.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Rico C. Añonuevo, unanimously seconded, be it:

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the Barangay Devolution Transition Plan (DTP) for CY 2022-2024 of
Barangay Concepcion, Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnished the office of the DILG, MBO, COA, Sangguniang
Bayan and other concerned agencies for their information and action.
