Findings:
- Motor Nerve Examination:
Right Median nerve showed average amplitude of the CMAP with good wave
form, normal conduction velocity, delayed distal latency (5.2 msec) normal F
wave latency.
Right Ulnar nerve showed average amplitude of the CMAP with good wave form,
normal conduction velocity, normal distal latency, and normal F wave latency.
- Sensory Nerve Examination:
Right Median nerve showed normal SNAP with delayed distal latency (4.2 msec).
Right Ulnar nerve showed normal SNAP with average distal latency and normal
sensory nerve conduction velocity.
Right Superficial radial nerve showed normal SNAP with average distal latency.
Impression:
Right Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (moderate degree).
Normal conduction along the right ulnar nerve.

EMG examination of Extensor indicis, Extensor digitorum, brachioradialis, flexor carpi
ulnaris, biceps and triceps muscles revealed normal pattern as evidenced by :
At rest: NO spontaneous activity.
NO MUPs could be recruited from Extensor indicis and Extensor digitorum muscles (NO
patient volition).
Impression:
Both Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (mild degree).
Normal conduction along both ulnar nerves.
NO evidence of brachial plexus lesion.
