    ORIENTATION BEFORE CHILD’S ENTRY

    1. Inform, inquire and orient parents/guardians about the necessary neede before child’s
    entry such as birth certificate of live birth, the ECCD Card/Yellow book/ baby book. The
    child must be ages 3 to 4.11.
    2. Inform, inquire parents about registration fee for purchasing band papers, printing/xerox
    of weekly modules.
    3. Inform, inquire parents about the orientation upon child’s entry by filling up the parents
    consent, registration form, intake form.
    4. Inform, inquire and orient parents about the house to house distribution of learning
    modules weekly.
    5. Inform, inquire and orient parents to assist their child in doing/answering the learning
    modules.
