A Bad System Can Destroy Good Person
In this situation, a person could be a member of a family-run business, a private or public
sector employee, a politician in charge of leading the party or the country, or a
representative of society. Especially now we people are very controversial about this
coming election month so when it comes to leadership we are voters must have choices
who are the best we think who can continue the legacy of a good president to lead his
country. However, this does not indicate that the individual should stop up trying because
failure was inevitable. It suggests that we recognize the importance of the system and the
futility of blaming individuals for failures. Despite our greatest efforts, we are being
decimated. When the system is dysfunctional, trying harder to do what you think is your
role typically ends in greater damage. Stand there instead of doing something and think.

If a bad system always destroys a decent person you must concentrate on changing the
system rather than striving harder within the current system in order for success to be
built into it. Managing by depending on heroic solutions is likewise a bad concept; instead,
the most effective way to improve the system is to stay in it and make incremental
changes while explaining the benefits to the constituents. It's vital not to grab credit for
winning, but rather to pass it on to the rest of the team. The second phase is to involve
the team in asking them for the modifications they think would be useful and impactful to
the system, and after considering the ones that are beneficial and impactful, start
implementing them. It creates a loop in which the bad system gradually evolves into a
good system as all those with a good intent and I think that we all have a good intent; it
is only because of fear or ego that we act otherwise.
The system has the second and most critical obligation. The system is nothing more than
the superiors who has the authority to convert the system from a bad one to a good one.
The most crucial component is the leader's willingness to adapt to the numerous frictions
and challenges that may arise during the process of transforming a system into a good
system. She/he would be willing to accept change, admit past mistakes, and allow people
with good intentions to make positive changes not only by supporting them, but also by
mentoring and coaching them so that they do not fall victim to corporate politics in the
hands of a few who are threatened by the changes. If there are a few such examples of
excellent individuals failing, it becomes very difficult for the system to achieve progress
because people feel afraid to speak up and act against the system's inefficiencies, and
the situation continues to be terrible and may even worsen over time.
