I. RATIONALE :

Team Camaraderie is an essential element in organizational success. Today, organizations

are rampantly challenged by the changes occurring in our landscape. Team building is about
coming together by members to motivate them to work together, to cultivate their strengths,
and to address weaknesses. Furthermore, team building encourages collaboration rather than
competition that will provide an avenue for the organization to adjust, familiarize, and
transform differences into a positive and purposeful advantage for the benefit of the
organization itself.

The CMC-CSSC presents the TEAM BUILDING: “PAKIGLwith a

theme, “Celebrating camaraderie through the spirit of leadership”. This is a time when
CSSC comes together to celebrate the yuletide and enjoy the time of hope and chance to
establish a good relationship with other officers. A time also for them to solidify their
oneness as an organization that is vital in team success and meaningful efforts. A re-
establishment of stronger bonds and elimination of weakness, lapses, and unproductive
emotions to ensure progress and solid output for the years to come.

This activity is aligned with the proposed Annual Operational Plan that symbolizes our
direction and accomplishment for the one-year term. This is under Organizational
development that dreams of providing a progressive and beneficial effect for the student
leaders of the Collegiate Students Supreme Council.

II. OBJECTIVES:

A. GENERAL:
1. To re-establish team camaraderie for the benefit of a successful and
collaborative effort between members.

2. To solidify the organizational communication and decision-making

in pursuit of progressive governance.

3. To realize the importance of team coordination, team responsibility,

and team sustainability.

B. SPECIFIC:

 1. To re-define CSSC Connection with its fellow members to acquaint and
lay a stronger bond and awareness.

2. To celebrate the friendship and connection that will be created and

3. To develop individual skills in terms of responsibility, liability,

independence, decision-making, and leadership obligations.

I. PRELIMINARIES
The meeting started with Preliminaries (Opening Prayer led by Christopher Pagabangan).
Followed by, the CSSC President laying the table for the agendas of the day. On motion made
by Von Bryan Battulayan duly seconded by Christopher Pagabangan, the agenda for the regular
meeting of the Collegiate Student Supreme Council was adopted. CSSC President, declared that their
is still a quorum.

II. BUSINESS OF THE DAY

A. PRESIDENT’S REPORT
The CSSC, COLLEGIATE STUDENT SUPREME COUNCIL regular meeting was conducted for the
purpose of coming up with a strategic approach and organization of manpower of the upcoming CMC
Pahalipay. This will serve as the basis of groundwork of the preparations of the said event. With all that
matters discussed, the CSSC Officers meeting enacts and proposed the event for Marketing.

No budgetary proposal was included during this activity. Expenses were omitted.

B. COMMITTEE REPORTS
