The PEAC-Marshall Cavendish Leadership Academy is a
two-day workshop consisting of three modules on school leadership and management. The modules include The Ethical Leader, The Visionary Leader, and The Organisational Leader.
In The Ethical Leader module, participants will uncover their
own leadership profile and work towards an effective leader of PRIVATE EDUCATION ASSISTANCE COMMITTEE character through the workshop. They will be provided with opportunities to understand leadership competencies and learn and from practitioners to apply leadership principles. As part of their

personal mastery, participants will also leverage on case studies and journaling to reflect on their alignment to the professional ethics and value of the teaching profession.
The Visionary Leader will focus on how to create a shared and
in partnership with compelling school vision. Participants will learn about systems thinking and available tools to bring meaningful and strategic change for school improvements in the 21st Century. participants will have a short attachment to organizations with positive culture. They will be provided opportunities to strengthen their practical leadership skills. These include but are not limited to facilitation skills, communication skills, delegation skills, coaching skills and mentoring skills so as to enable them to lead collaborative teams and develop people as well as coach and mentor for enhanced performance and people management. THE VISIONARY LEADER Objectives At the end of the two-day workshop, the participants are expected to: THE ORGANISATIONAL LEADER 1. Identify latent beliefs about learning and people and recognise how these affect their leadership, giving them credibility and impact; 2.Build up communications skills; and 3.Create a vision for their school that will take into account challenges and opportunities while ensuring this is sustained through generative conversations and team building.
