Negligence- Negligence is a deviation from the standard behavior or actions that an average, prudent person would use
in a similar situation.
Malpractice- Malpractice is a more specific term and addresses a professional standard of care. Malpractice, also known
as professional negligence, is a deviation from the standard of care that a reasonably prudent health-care professional
would use in a similar situation.

4. The Philippine Nursing Act of 2002 or Republic Act 9173 provides a comprehensive definition and understanding of
practicing the nursing profession. With the previous law being the Republic Act 7164 or Philippine Nursing Act of 1991,

5. Nurse Steph is assigned in the surgical ward and is about to prepare a 16 year old client for Dilatation and Curretage.
