The Admission to write the Exam is provisional and subject to the eligibility conditions as specified by the Rajasthan Housing Board. If
any candidate is issued with the Admit Card or permitted inadvertently, his candidature will be cancelled at any time, as and when such
mistake is detected, and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

WARNING AGAINST MALPRACTICE & IMPERSONATION

Your identity will be verified using technological means and biometrics. If impersonation is detected or you are caught indulging in any
sort of malpractice, you will be disqualified at any stage of selection, training or service and debarred from further selection
opportunities. Also, you will be prosecuted under IPC sections 420 (Cheating), 467 (Forgery of valuable security) and 471 (using genuine
as forged)

HALL TICKET INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

1. Mere issue of Admit Card to the Candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been cleared by the Rajasthan Housing
Board.

2. No request for change in Examination Centre will be entertained under any circumstances. The candidate has to make his/her
own arrangement for Boarding and Lodging.

3. The Candidates must bring coloured printouts of the Admit Card at the Examination Centre. No candidate will be allowed entry
without this Hall Ticket. The candidate is also required to bring his/her original copy of Aadhar Card as well as one of the photo
identification card in original viz. Class X/XII Certificate with photograph, Domicile Certificate with photograph, Voter Identity Card,
Driving License, or PAN Card, which the candidate has mentioned during the online registration process. In case your details do not
match the Identity proof submitted at the time of the exam, you will not be permitted to write the exam and your candidature shall stand
cancelled. It is mandatory to produce original copy of the Aadhar Card of the candidate for verification.

4. You will not be eligible to appear in another shift on the same date or any other date, if absent from the scheduled shift.

5. The candidates appearing in the entrance examination should, in their own interest check their eligibility in all respect so as to
avoid any disappointment at a later stage. Your candidate for the entrance examination is “Purely Provisional”. In case, it is found that
the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, candidature of such candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage.

6. Possession and use of electronic devices such as Mobile Phone, Micro Phone, Headphone, Bluetooth device or any other
Associated Accessories, ornaments, any type of metallic items, Calculator, Log Tables, Pager, Digital Diary Books, etc., are strictly
prohibited in the Examination Hall. If any candidate is found to be in possession of any of these devices/document his candidature is
liable to be cancelled. As such the candidates should not bring Mobile Phone/ Micro Phone etc at the Examination Centre. There is no
safekeeping or locker arrangement for candidates belonging. The Rajasthan Housing Board will not be responsible for it’s safe custody.

7. The RHB shall have the discretion to fix qualifying marks in any or all the sections of the examinations.

8. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall for any reason, before examination end time.

9. Candidate should not “copy & paste” details of admit card. Admit Card is to be printed in the same format.

10. Dress Code: Candidates should come only in chappals/Sandals. Candidates who come in shoes will not be permitted to
enter the examination hall. Candidates should only wear only half sleeves shirt/T-shirt/khurta.

11. Specially abled Candidates: Candidates who are blind/ partially blind (above 40% disability)/ Handless/ Hand with no
fingers except who are temporarily invalid due to accidents are permitted to use scribes as per Rajasthan Divyangjan Rights Act, 2018.
Such candidates are to submit

(c) Undertaking by Scribe

(d) Certificate regarding Physical Limitation in an examinee to write, and they will be given additional 20 minutes for every

12. Candidate is to paste a recent photograph next to the printed photo and sign in the blank space given below. Signature of the
candidate in the blank space provided, must be in the presence of the exam centre invigilator and not done prior by the candidate.

13. Wallets, purses and watches are not to be carried inside the examination centres. RHB will not bear responsibility of securing
any items.

14. For Informatics Asst. & Junior Asst. Candidates who are selected to appear for Typing Test are to bring the same Admit Card
along for the Typing Test.

15. All Candidates who are selected and are called for document verification shall be required to bring the same Admit Card for
verification.

16. Rough Sheets & Pen will be provided at the exam hall.

कदाचार और प्रतिरूपण (वास्ततवक की जगह कोई और) के तवरुद्ध चेिावनी

आपकी पहचान िकनीकी ाधनों और बायोमेलरि क्स का उपयोग करके त्यालपि की जाएगी। यलद प्रलिरूपण पाया जािा है या आप लक ी भी प्रकार के कदाचार
में लिप्त पाए जािे हैं, िो आपको चयन, प्रलशक्षण या ेवा के लक ी भी चरण में अयोग्य घोलिि कर लदया जाएगा और आगे के चयन के अव रों े वंलचि कर
लदया जाएगा। ाथ ही, आप पर आईपी ी की धारा 420 (धोखाधडी), 467 (मूल्यवान ुरक्षा की जाि ाजी) और 471 (अ िी को जािी के रूप में उपयोग

1. उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी को केवि प्रवेश पत्र जारी कर दे ने े उ का यह अथड नहीं होिा है लक उ की उम्मीदवारी को राजस्थान हाउल ंग बोर्ड द्वारा
मंजूरी दे दी गई है।
2. लक ी भी पररस्स्थलि में परीक्षा केंद्र में बदिाव के अनुरोध पर लवचार नहीं लकया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी को भोजन एवं आवा की व्यवस्था स्वयं
करनी होगी।
3. उम्मीदवारों/अभ्यलथडयों को परीक्षा केंद्र पर एर्लमर कार्ड का रं गीन लप्रंरआउर िाना होगा। इ हॉि लरकर के लबना लक ी भी उम्मीदवार को प्रवेश
की अनुमलि नहीं दी जाएगी। उम्मीदवार को अपने आधार कार्ड की मूि प्रलि के ाथ- ाथ मूि फोरो पहचान पत्र में े एक िाना होगा, जै े लक फोरो के
ाथ द वीं / बारहवीं कक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र, फोरो के ाथ अलधवा प्रमाण पत्र, मिदािा पहचान पत्र, र्िाइलवंग िाइ ें , या पैन कार्ड , लज का उल्लेख
अभ्यथी/उम्मीदवार ने ऑनिाइन पंजीकरण प्रलिया के दौरान लकया है। यलद आपका लववरण परीक्षा के मय प्रस्तुि लकए गए पहचान प्रमाण े मेि नहीं खािा
है, िो आपको परीक्षा दे ने की अनुमलि नहीं दी जाएगी और आपकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। त्यापन के लिए अभ्यथी को आधार कार्ड की मूि प्रलि
प्रस्तुि करना अलनवायड है।
4. लनधाडररि पािी (लशफ्ट) े अनुपस्स्थि रहने पर आप उ ी लिलथ या लक ी अन्य लिलथ को लक ी अन्य पािी (लशफ्ट) में उपस्स्थि होने के पात्र नहीं
होंगे।
5. प्रवेश परीक्षा में शालमि होने वािे उम्मीदवारों/अभ्यलथडयों को अपने लहि में भी प्रकार े अपनी पात्रिा की जांच कर िेनी चालहए िालक बाद में
लक ी भी प्रकार की लनराशा े बचा जा के। प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए आपका उम्मीदवार "लवशुद्ध रूप े अनंलिम" है। यलद यह पाया जािा है लक उम्मीदवार
पात्रिा मानदं र्ों को पूरा नहीं करिा है, िो ऐ े उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी लक ी भी स्तर पर खाररज कर दी जाएगी।
6. परीक्षा हॉि में मोबाइि फोन, माइिो फोन, हेर्फोन, ब्लूरूथ लर्वाइ या लक ी अन्य ंबंलधि हायक उपकरण, आभूिण, लक ी भी प्रकार की धािु
की वस्तुएं, कैिकुिेरर, िॉग रे बि, पेजर, लर्लजरि र्ायरी बुक्स इत्यालद जै े इिेक्ट्िॉलनक उपकरणों को िाना और उपयोग ख्ती े प्रलिबंलधि है। यलद लक ी
उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी के पा इनमें े कोई भी उपकरण/दस्तावेज पाया जािा है िो उ की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। ऐ े में अभ्यलथडयों/उम्मीदवारों को
परीक्षा केंद्र पर मोबाइि फोन/माइिो फोन आलद नहीं िाना है। अभ्यलथडयों/उम्मीदवारों के लिए ामान रखने के लिए कोई ुरलक्षि जगह या िॉकर की व्यवस्था
नहीं है। राजस्थान हाउल ंग बोर्ड आपकी लक ी भी चीज की ुरलक्षि अलभरक्षा के लिए लजम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
7. आरएचबी (राजस्थान हाउल ंग बोर्ड ) के पा परीक्षाओं के लक ी या भी अनुभागों में अहडक अंक िय करने का लववेकालधकार है।
8. परीक्षा मास्प्त मय े पहिे, उम्मीदवारों/अभ्यलथडयों को लक ी भी कारण े परीक्षा हॉि छोडने की अनुमलि नहीं दी जाएगी।

9. उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी को एर्लमर कार्ड का लववरण "कॉपी और पेस्ट" नहीं करना है। एर्लमर कार्ड को उ ी (मूि) प्रारूप में मुलद्रि लकया जाना है।
10. ड्रेस कोड्: अभ्यलथडयों को केवि चप्पि/ ैंर्ि में आना है। जूिे पहनकर आने वािे अभ्यलथडयों को परीक्षा हॉि में प्रवेश की अनुमलि नहीं दी जाएगी।
अभ्यथी केवि आधी बाजू वािी शरड /री-शरड /कुिाड ही पहनें।
11. तदव्ाोंग उम्मीदवार/अभ्यर्थी - जो उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी अंधे/आं लशक रूप े अंधे (40% े अलधक लदव्यांगिा)/हस्तहीन/लबना उं गलियों वािे (हाथ ों
पर उं गुिी न हो) उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी हैं, ल वाय इ के लक जो दु घडरनाओं के कारण अस्थायी रूप े लवकिांग/लदव्यांग हो गए हैं, उन्हें राजस्थान लदव्यांगजन
अलधकार अलधलनयम, 2018 के अनु ार, स्क्राइब का उपयोग करने की अनुमलि है। ऐ े अभ्यलथडयों/उम्मीदवारों को लनम्न जमा करना होगा।

12. उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी को मुलद्रि फोरो के बगि में एक हालिया फोरो लचपकाना है और उ के नीचे लदए गए ररक्त स्थान पर हस्ताक्षर करना है। लदए
गए ररक्त स्थान में उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी के हस्ताक्षर परीक्षा केंद्र लनरीक्षक की उपस्स्थलि में होना है और उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी द्वारा पहिे े ही इ पर हस्ताक्षर
करके नहीं िाना है।
13. वॉिेर, प ड और घडी को परीक्षा केंद्र के अंदर नहीं िाना है। आरएचबी लक ी भी वस्तु की ुरक्षा की लजम्मेदारी नहीं िेिा है।
14. इों फामेतिक अतसस्ट़ें ि & जूतनयर अतसस्ट़ें ि - लजन अभ्यलथडयों को राइलपंग रे स्ट के लिए चुना जायेगा, उन्हें राइलपंग रे स्ट के लिए वही एर्लमर कार्ड
ाथ िाना होगा।

15. वे उम्मीदवार/अभ्यथी जो चयलनि हैं और उन्हें दस्तावेज़ त्यापन के लिए बुिाया गया है, उन्हें त्यापन के लिए वही (मूि) प्रवेश पत्र िाना होगा।
16. परीक्षा हॉि में रफ शीर और पेन उपिब्ध कराया जाएगा।
