Visualization Cheat Sheet

1) Visualizing Reality

a) Goal – Pick a milestone at least 12 months out. What does life look like once it
has been achieved? Visualize that every morning and night.

b) Process – From your current knowledge, what’s one step/strategy that you can
apply to help you move one step closer towards that? Visualize yourself doing it
and being successful with it.

c) Intent

i) Inner intention – The focus on doing something to get outcome

ii) Outer intention – The focus on how outcome gets achieved of its own
accord

d) Key – Use inner intention to execute on the process, and outer intention to focus
on the milestone’s achievement.

2) Visualizing Ideal Self

a) Inquire – What does the one who effortlessly accomplishes my goals, look like?

b) Define 2.0 self

i) 5 superpowers - 5 key abilities/traits that sets this self apart?

ii) 5 key habits - what are key habits this ideal self follows without fail?

iii) Style of character - how does this ideal self dress?

3) Embodiment

a) When conducting a task – how would the ideal self do this?

b) When stuck making decisions – what would the ideal self do?

c) Key – who you pretend to be, is who you’ll become
