Prayer  The teacher will ask one student to lead the prayer.

Greetings  The teacher will greet the students and the students will greet
the teacher back.

Attendance  The teacher will call the students one by one to check their
attendance

Reminders  The teacher will give some rules and regulations to be


followed during class hours

Review  The teacher will recall the previous topic

Motivation  The Teacher will show a picture to the students and ask the
following question.
1. What can you say about the picture?
2. What did you observe in this picture?

Food Chain

- A food chain is a linear sequence of organisms through


which nutrients and energy pass as one organism eats
another.

The Stages of Food Chain:

1. Producers
-are organisms that acquire their energy from sunlight and
materials from nonliving sources.

2. Primary Consumers
- are usually herbivores that feed on autotrophic plants.
3. Secondary Consumers
- are the group in the food chain that eats primary consumers.

4. Tertiary Consumers
- A tertiary consumer is an animal that obtains its nutrition by
eating primary consumers and secondary consumers.

5. Decomposer
- Organisms that break down waste and dead matter. The
last stage of food chain.

Application  The teacher will give an activity


 The teacher will toss a die and the teacher will count the
number from the result of the die to pick the student who will
going to answer.
