PRINCIPAL's Concern
○ Please make sure to practice in an orderly manner of lining up with students
when going out of your classroom. There are still students who are very noisy or
rowdy during movements.
○ Check the doors, please do not lock the back door for the observers to get in class.
○ Practice roaming around the classroom, sitting in during class is highly
discouraged.
○ Report to your assigned class on time. There are teachers who come in late to
their classes.
VP’s Concern
● Important Dates to Remember
○ September 18, 2023 - submission of understanding examination to SAH
○ September 20,2023- Local Holiday
○ September 25, 2023- Submission of understanding examination for printing
○ September 18-22- End of Firm-up Stage, start of Deepening Stage ( giving of
CER 3, session with Scaffolding 2 and 3 activity)
○ September 28-29, 2023- Local Holiday
○ October 5-6, 2023- Start of Understanding Examination
○ October 9-13, 2023- Target PT Week for students / Submission of Curriculum
Map and LM for Second Quarter
○ October 17,2023- Special schedule for PT Submission
○ October 18,2023- Start of Second Quarter / Explore Week
○ October 23-27, 2023- Start of Second Quarter Week 1
SAH’s Concern

 Observation schedule for probationary teachers – September 11 and 12

 Special class
○ Special class for Filipino and AP will begin on September 11th. Your identified
students should already have received letters.

● On Assignment
○ 2-3 subjects per day
○ There are still some teachers who give a lot of assignments. One type of book
activity/activity will do.
○ Please also design assignments for meaningful learning.

● On Classroom Management
○ Absolutely no Cebuano/Bisaya during class
○ Avoid sitting in class or checking assessments in any form .
○ Please also design activities that are learner centered, do away with discussions
(teacher centered approach)
○ Established routines for your classroom management
○ Do not leave class without synthesizing/ wrapping up your lesson
○ Do not conduct classes that will only be film showing or just book activity all
throughout the period, create activities for meaningful learning
○ During observation, orient the students to not mind the person observing at the
back.
○ Strict implementation of SALIT-SALITAAN

● On Assessment (GRADED/RECORDED)

○ Assignments per day for all levels will be limited to 3 subjects per day.
○ Assignments should not be posted in the google classroom. It should be utilized
for sharing of teacher’s materials (ppt, worksheets, readings etc.)
○ For GS, utilize their assignment notebook to record the tasks that must be
completed
○ For GS, no assignments will be given during weekend
○ For HS, assignments will be in the form of advance reading/reminders if given
during weekend
○ GIVING OF FAILURE NOTICE- please inform the SAH upon giving out of
failure notice for every aspect of the graded assessment. This is to monitor
students' progress. Sign the failure notice, reflect the score over the total items and

make sure to collect back the notice after the student’s parent/guardian signed it.
Please be wary of tampering of signatures as well.
○ Failure Notice should be given immediately as soon as a certain graded
assessment is completed. Give it discreetly to the student, either by inviting them
to the faculty office or individually giving it to them.
○ ISSUE ON DATA PRIVACY- Please be discreet on your students score. Do not
announce in the class who failed in their assessments. You may use their email
address to send notifications or set consultations. Please do not allow your
students to return back your activities/quizzes/exams/PT output. It should always
be the subject teacher to return the paper.
○ CONSULTATION- Please keep track and keep a record of your consultation
with students especially those who failed in your subject or with behavioral
concerns. Let the student sign their signature on your record book.
○ CLASS POWERPOINTS- In any case that there is no internet, make always
have a plan B by downloading your file from Google Slides/ Canva. It should also
be readable at the back (Font size 40)
