AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
RE: PAYMENT OF TAKE-OFF AND LANDING DUES

I, REY BAYONA BAYOGING, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Caputatan-Putik, Zamboanga City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I am the Accountable Manager of SCC Aeronautics and Holdings Co., Inc.

doing business under the trade name “SCC School of Aviation”, which
operates a flight training school in Zamboanga City pursuant to Civil Aviation
Authority laws, rules and regulations;

2. We are processing the renewal of the Certificate of Airworthiness of an

Aircraft (Cessna 172), registered as RPC-7982;

3. In the course of processing our Accounting Clearance for the issuance of the
renewed Certificate of Airworthiness of an Aircraft (Cessna 172), registered as
RPC-7982, it was found that there is a need to reconcile records between
the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Manila Office, and CAAP
Zamboanga City Office insofar as SCC School of Aviations paid Take-off and
Landing Dues, evidenced by Official Receipts, hereto attached and made an
integral part of this Affidavit;

4. In view thereof, we hereby voluntarily undertake to pay any amount due on

the afore-stated take-off and landing dues, after reconciliation is done
between CAAP Manila Office and CAAP Zamboanga City Office;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
for other legal purposes that it may serve.
