Dear Parent
Assessments are tools to evaluate the learning outcomes and help to bridge the learning gaps with constructive
and objective feedback. Please be informed that Half Yearly Examination for Grades IX and X commences
w.e.f. Wednesday, 31st August 2022.

Kindly note :

 Preparatory Leave: Saturday, 27th August to Tuesday,30th August 2022.

 The syllabus has been uploaded on the school portal. Kindly go through the same and help your child
prepare well for the Assessments.
 Comprehensive revisions will be taken up by the respective subject teachers. It is important that the
concepts are reinforced at home as well.
 Firm action will be taken against children using unfair means during the Assessments. If found guilty,
the child will not be awarded any marks.
 Any absenteeism will not be entertained. If any learner is absent on the day of assessment, he/she
will be marked ZERO.

  School timings for Assessment days will be 8.00 am-12.30 pm.
 Bus Dispersal: 12.30 pm
 Walker dispersal: 12.40 pm
 Dispersal will happen from the respective venues as communicated earlier.
 On the days of assessment, learners should carry a small bag with light tiffin. No learner will be
allowed to visit the cafeteria. No meals will be allowed during the course of examination.
 It will be a regular school day from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm w.e.f. Thursday, 15th September 2022 and
regular Class Time- Table will be followed.
 Result will be published on Saturday, 24th September 2022. Learners can view their progress profiles
online on the school portal www.lviscampuscare.org.
EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

 The question paper will include questions as per the different formats (case-based/ situation based, open
ended- short answer/ long answer type) as in the sample papers shared by the CBSE.
 Duration: 3 hours for Main Subjects.
 AI Assessment-
 THEORY: Maximum Marks- 50
 Duration: 2 HOURS
 PRACTICAL/VIVA/AB/PROJECT: Maximum Marks- 50 (Practical schedule will be shared by the
respective subject teacher)
 ASL (ENGLISH/ II LANGUAGE) WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING REGULAR SCHOOL
HOURS. Schedule for the same will be notified by the respective subject teachers.
 Science Practical/Subject Enrichment Schedule and AI Practical for Half Yearly Examination will
be taken up by the subject teacher in their respective classes.

 Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
 Exam related stationery in transparent pouch.
 SHARING OF ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
 SMART WATCHES AND MOBILE PHONES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING THE
EXAMINATION DAYS.
