1. LOOP FOR A NEW MANUAL LOADING TEMPLATE
The following pages will show the steps which are necessary to bring the
ManLoading template in a runtime picture. It is an example for CW (Chip Washing)
in the FiberLine. The ManLoading template is used in combination with an Analog
template (see description of the Analog Template).

Task: CW_21 chip washing 21

1.1 Description
Start the CAE Manager and open the project.

Open the archive CFC_TEMPLATES.

Select the ManLoading template and copy it (right mouse click).

Open the archive FiberLine, select the archive CW (Chip Washing) with the right
mouse button and copy the ManLoading template in the archive.

Select the new ManLoading template with the right mouse button and click
Rename.

Complete the New name and New description according the I/O-List an click OK.

Open the new template with double click.

This is the function chart of the ManLoading template in combination with the
Analog template.

Select on the function chart with the right mouse button and click Properties.

Complete the Instance name with the short name of the plant component and the
next free instance number.
e. g. CW0021; CW… for Chip Washing

And select the Physical view [Task].

For example CW_21 chip washing 21.

And click the button OK.

Select on the AAG_ManLoading ML1 block with the right mouse button and click
Properties.

Complete the Name (Loop Nr. – Loop Description), the Unit (unit) and the LNR
(Loopnumber).

Complete the InstBlock (blockinstance), same as the ManLoading block name.


Complete the InstPlan (planinstance), same as the instance name. Click OK to
confirm the changed parameters.

2. CONNECTION OF THE MANUAL LOADING TEMPLATE


The I/O’s of the Analog Template are described in the Analog Template
description.

Following contacts must be connected:

2.1 Manual Loading Block

2.1.1 Connector

Input:
• Show_LNR … show loopnumber;
Connectorname for Woodyard and Chip Handling: SHOW_LNR_WY
Connectorname for Fiberline, Chemicals, Evaporation: SHOW_LNR

2.1.2 Hardware I/O

Output:
• Out … Output Value;
Hardware analog output from the I/O-List

2.2 Forceblock
The force functions can be connected at 10 force signals.

2.2.1 Connector

Input:
• Language … change language;
Connectorname for Woodyard and Chip Handling: SYS010_Language_WY
Connectorname for Fiberline, Chemicals, Evaporation: SYS010_Language
• Mode01 … Force Mode (0 … 2);
0 … Interlock deactivate;
1 … Absolute (Valid in Manual and Auto mode);
2 … Limited (Valid in Auto mode);
• Force01 … Force Value 01 activate;
• VForce01 … Force Value 01;

2.2.2 Plant Constant

Input:
• ILName01_1 … Force Name 01, Text for Language 1;
• ILName01_2 … Force Name 01, Text for Language 2;

3. PLACE THE TEMPLATE


Open the archive CW in the archive FiberLine.

Open the CHIP WASHING Process diagram with double click.

Change from Project to Picture blocks.

Open in the Picture block the archive CW (Chip Washing).

Search for the Chip Bin Discharger – Speed Control.

Select the picture block SV2 (AAG_Show2Values_2).

This drawing shows the symbols of the different picture blocks.

And drop it on the correct place in the picture.
