Mandate

Republic Act No. 9155 “Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001.”

To protect and promote the right of all citizens to quality basic education such education
accessible to all by providing all Filipino children a free and compulsory education elementary
level and free education in the high school level alternative learning systems for basic education
to provide them with the skills, knowledge, and values they need to become making in include
patriotic productive self-reliant caring.

Republic Act No. 11650

All public schools nationwide are required to identify learners with special needs and
provide these learners with free basic and quality education.

Vision

We aim to produce empowered and globally competitive individuals that is well-


equipped with skills that supports them as life-long learners in the 21st century.

Mission

To provide the young individuals an inclusive learning environment that encourages them to
develop to their fullest potential. To guarantee the holistic development of each learner and enrich
them to adapt changes in an evolving society.
