A total of 1,000 individuals between the ages of 15 and 70 are the target participants.

Since it would be
unfair for the younger competitors to genuinely compete with those who have a larger bike, there is an
upper age limit. It was also restricted to people under the age of 70 because the elderly may have
problems including heat stroke, fainting, exhaustion, shortness of breath, or even muscle stiffness
(WebMD Editorial Contributors (2021). The Oscar M. Lopez Center for Climate Change Adaptation and
Disaster Risk Management Foundation, Inc. is the project's beneficiary. OML Center promotes the
development of science and technology to address climate change (OML Center, n.d.). In light of this, the
team chose to partner with this non-profit organization to assist in ensuring that the public has access to
the most recent science and technology in order to prevent climate change.

Executive Director: Franzen Ann E. Almeyda


The Executive Director is the one who has the power to call for a meeting for the flow of the event.
Additionally, she is responsible for making the ultimate decisions about the organization, management,
administration, and promotion of the bike marathon event.

Secretary: Rianne Jessica A. Balao


The Secretary has the authority to request a meeting from each committee chair. She is obligated to
record all of the meeting's points of discussion in her notes. She is tasked with writing the letters that
will be delivered to the municipality, sponsors, and celebrity guests. She is also in charge of verifying
documents and files before the executive director signs them.

Treasurer: Jerald D. De Guzman


The Treasurer is the one who plans the project’s costs as well as the one that handles the funds of the
event. He is in charge of accounting for all expenditures and keeping the money in a secure place.
Additionally, he oversees participant payment information in the event of a problem and is responsible
for collecting registration money.

Marketing and Public Relations Manager: Faith Marie A. Castro


The Marketing and Public Relations Manager is the one who holds the responsibility to oversee the
marketing initiatives of the organization. She is in charge of creating the posters, tickets, and other
public materials in addition to disseminating information about the bike marathon event and verifying
the participant information on the registration form so that certificates may be created.

Project Manager: Maria Lanie B. Daulo


The project manager is in charge of organizing, planning, and carrying out the project while adhering to
constraints like budgets and timeframes. She is also in charge of booking the location and making sure
that everything is ready for the project before the bike marathon event.

Logistics Manager: Juliana Patrice R. De Ocampo


The Logistics Manager is in charge of overseeing the transportation, distribution, and storage of the
event's supplies and equipment. She ought to collaborate closely with the Treasurer so she can confirm
that the budget is spent effectively.

Partnership Manager: Christine O. Chua


The Partnership Manager is responsible for the proper coordination for the sponsors and partners of the
event. To effectively communicate what was said to the partners and sponsors, she should collaborate
closely with the event organizer. She must also make sure that the Logistics Manager was appropriately
informed about the items donated by sponsors and partners.

Event Organizer: Andrea Q. Perez


The Event Organizer is the one who should work closely with the Logistics Manager during the
planning process to manage every aspect of the event. She is the one in charge of making sure that
everything runs properly and that everyone participating in the event performs their part. She should also
be available in case there is an issue when the event is taking place.
