ACADEMIC HONESTY

ONLINE COURSE ADMINISTRATION
Students who register to this course are assumed to have accepted the following rules and
regulations. Fill the following for the online delivered parts of the course.
Fully ● All online course delivery will be made throughout the scheduled

● Instructors would normally be recording their own video/audio during
the lectures, but students’ audiovisual data may also end up being
recorded especially during question & answer periods. Students who
do not wish their audiovisual data to be recorded may turn off their
video/audio. Students who leave their video/audio on during the
lectures are assumed to have allowed recording/sharing of their
audiovisual data.
● Instructors may make lecture recordings, and course-related videos
and documents available to students asynchronously.
● At times during the lectures, students’ active involvement in certain
activities may be requested by the instructors which would require
students to turn on their video/audio during those times. If a student
declines to turn on his/her video/audio when requested, then he/she
is assumed not to have participated at these activities.
● The instructors may request students to turn on their video/audio at
certain instances during the lectures in order to take attendance. If a
student declines to turn on his/her video/audio when requested, then
he/she is assumed not to have attended the lecture.
Asynchronous ● All online course delivery will be made through predeveloped lecture
with a videos and materials that will be made available to students before

Activity Hour ● Approximately one hour of a synchronous activity, such as a Zoom
meeting for Q&As with the instructor will be conducted during the
scheduled hours of the course in order to provide a means of weekly
interaction with the students. The particular day/hour for this activity
will be announced by the instructor.
● Students and instructors will be able to remain in regular
communication both asynchronously and synchronously.

ONLINE EXAM ADMINISTRATION

Online with Zoom ● The students’ live video may be recorded by the instructor during the
Proctoring exam in order to have a record of it in case of objections to exam
results.
● Students are not allowed to make any recordings during the exam.
● A detailed procedure that the students must follow during the exam
will be provided by the instructor prior to the exam.

DETERMINING LETTER GRADE
Specify which method (catalogue, bell curve, etc.) is to be used to determine the letter grade. If
