Dear Mr. Lindawan,

This letter constitutes official notice of your extension of probation period. Please be
informed that based on the review of your performance, in consultation with your Head of
Department, we regret to inform you that your performance has not yet reached a
satisfactory standard in some areas.

We are extending your probationary period by three (3) months. The probation period,
which was due to end on July 15, 2023, will now end on October 15, 2023.

As discussed with you in our meeting dated July 25, 2023, you need to improve your
performance in certain areas. Please take guidance from your Head of Department and
prepare an action plan for the improvement. If you fail to improve your performance,
your employment with our company will be at risk of disassociation.

All other terms and condition of your employment as per existing contract with you will
remain the same during the extended probation period.

We wish you all the best.

Sincerely,
