This means that the most residence of Barangay Sapot, Buadipuso buntong Lanao Del Sur were
earning 4000-5000 pesos which implies the most of these residents receives enough income to sustain

health condition, such as: a condition that affects the nervous system, such as a stroke, head

37% have fever, 6% have headache; and only 6% have asthma.
This means that the nurse must prioritize the patient to achieve blood pressure control through
education about managing blood pressure; and assist the patient in setting goal blood
pressures; and 39% of the families surveyed who have cough must be educate on good forceful
coughing techniques using the abdominal muscles. Encourage them also to stay hydrated; and
the 37% families surveyed who have fever must be advise to take a complete rest to minimize
unnecessary energy expenditure which may increases body temperature; and 6% of the
families who have headache must be educate on effective home remedies to naturally get rid of
headaches. The 6% of the families who have asthma must be educate on how to do the
effective ways to treat Asthma at home.

February 28, 2022


It was the first day of our Community Exposure in Buadipuso Buntong. As we arrived,
Ma'am Cons and Ma'am Sata gathered us, and they orient us on what we are going to do. They
teach us on how to get the weight of the baby, the proper dose of vitamins, and the
immunization of the children. After that, our clinical instructor assigned different task on us.
After we took our lunch, we started doing the OPD while some of our classmates started doing
the survey. In OPD, we are getting the name and weight of the child and we also give vitamin e
and albendazole.
February 29, 2022
It was our second day, for today’s agenda we continued our task but in different
barangay. Some of our classmate did the OPD while the other was the survey.
March 7, 2022
In our third day, we conducted a mothers' class in Barangay Buntong Proper, as we
arrived, we started to make the photobooth and other decorations while doing that some of
our classmates started to invite mothers. The main topic of our Mothers' Class is Family
Planning. We discussed about different types of family planning such as the use of
contraceptives and how it works. We also prepared snack, intermission and question and
answer for the mothers which they'll win a price if they answer the question correctly.
