Dear Mr. Demesne:

I am writing you a proposal about a special performance collaboration between our groups in the
upcoming international concert of CosmIX. Approximately two weeks ago, one of the members of
CosmIX went to me and made a suggestion about the collaboration of one of her friend from your group
Champagne. This collaboration will greatly benefit both of the groups, for increasing their popularity and
spreading fan base. It might also affect the sales positively and having a good reputation between our
companies.

I already think about this for a week and decided to take a chance in case you will consider my proposal.
If agreed upon, the Demesnor Labels will be rewarded 20% from the concert sales including the
Champagne’s participation will be the total of 30% and negotiable. This proposal is such a good idea for
promoting your newly debuted group. I hope for your response soon and expecting an idea you might
offer and I will gladly check it.
