Sashimi
Mise en Place:
1. Wash and disinfect vegetables
Procedimiento:
1. We take the tuna out of the freezer an hour before its preparation.
2. Cut the tuna loin into rectangles so that the grain of the meat is in a transversal position to obtain the blocks.
3. Next take one of the blocks and cut thin slices with a sharp knife. Make the cut with a single movement starting
with the part closest to the handle and ending with the tip of the knife.
4. Plate the tuna sashimi, presenting the fish on a plate along with the rest of the ingredients cut into slices.
5. Garnish with some sesame seeds, and don't forget to serve the sauce to dip the fish before eating each serving.
