✓Our group applies efforts and skills to do this laboratory, by watching in Youtube and studying what
dish we can make. It helps us to understand what is our specialty how to create and apply the
Knowledge we learn to do a successful output. Each of us tells their suggestions and help each other to
build our own dish.

2. What new cooking technique/s or skill/s did your group learn from this laboratory session?

✓The food preparation, enhances organizational and cleanliness skills. Sensory skills through tasting,
touching, and smelling after cooking. It is also special to look for fresh ingredients.

3. In what area/s of the laboratory exercise did your group feel most challenged? Did you overcome
this? If yes, how? If not, what will your group do differently to overcome this next time?

✓Identify the most critical tasks and prioritize them. Focus on essential activities to avoid unnecessary
delays but we still overcome this problem by analyzing and communicating to each other
