In this modern era, social media and news have flooded with
horrific crime activities that never stop. This is indeed a polemic
issue which should not be taken superficially. This requires close
attention from everyone across the world and needs to take
prevention measures so that we can curb the problem earlier.

I am certain that there is numerous factors that lead to the

occurrence of crime. For instance, people may be affected by
peer pressure and they tend to commit crimes when their
surroundings are filled with bad influences. Hence, desperate for
money due to not having a stable financial also are one of the
major factors why people do crimes. On the other hand, diseases
with mental illnesses such as split personality and bipolar are also
one of the elements why crime occurs. Consequently, these
irresponsible citizens ended up committing crimes to provide a
better lifestyle by implementing illegal kinds of stuff.

Ergo, there is a myriad of ways to restrain the issues which

should be practiced by the citizens. Such as, conducting a
neighbourhood patrol every fortnight as crime activity tends to
occur when people are sleeping. Other than that, the youths are
highly suggested to take a martial art lesson so it can be used
against the offenders as an act of self-defense when in a
vulnerable moment. We can find many tutors who offer martial art
classes. As an example, we may commence learning taekwondo
as it is well-known among other martial art. As a final point, taking
an initiative like installing a surveillance camera around the house
would be very beneficial as the clips of the recording captured by
the camera can be a piece of evidence whenever an offense
occurs. Apart from that, it will be easier for us as we can observe
the circumstance around the house only through gadgets. It also
will record every motion and will be automatically saved.

In summation, we can find more useful steps to prevent

offenses in neighbourhood. We must take a step forward from
now so crime activity can be eradicated earlier before too late.
