I. PROJECT TITLE: “Create an I’M SAFE Project”

(Information and Management for Students and Faculty for Safety Environment)

II. PROBLEM STATEMENT: Learning environment must be conducive to learning,

safe and protected from harm and are equipped with positive knowledge and
capability to respond to any hazards, illness, bullying, drugs or alcoholic drinks,
promote developmental interpersonal skills to build positive relationship with peers
and community.

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES: Promote intensive information dissemination and

positive safety implementation and protection against danger, illness, bullying, drugs
and alcohol.

IV. ROOT CAUSE:

Students’ lack of interest and awareness towards disaster risk and physical and
emotional health issues that may affect their scholastic performance.
