At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
a. Identify the Properties of Parallelogram
b. Recognize the Properties of Parallelogram in problem solving: and
c. Apply the Properties of Parallelogram in real life situations.

G. Concept:
Properties of Parallelogram
-In a parallelogram, any two opposite sides are congruent.
-In a parallelogram, any two opposite angles are congruent
-In a parallelogram, Amy two consecutive angles are supplementary.
Parallelogram – Is a four sided polygon, or quadrilateral in which
each side is equal in length to it’s opposite side and the opposite sides are
parallel to each other.

Activity ( Kanta ko Baton mo!!!)


- One of the learner would be given a ball, when the teachers
start singing the ball will be start to pass in any direction
and then when the teacher stop singing the learner who hold
the ball the he or she would answer or give his or her ideas
to the picture that the teacher will show.

3. What other pair of angles which has the some characteristics
with the angle 3 and angle 6?

Parallelogram - is a four sided polygon or a quadrilateral in which each
sides is equal in length to it’s opposite side and the opposite sides are
parallel to each other.
Properties of Parallelogram
- In a parallelogram, any two opposite sides are congruent

- In a parallelogram, any two opposite angles are congruent

- In a parallelogram, any two consecutive angles are


supplementary.
