Visa Interview Prep - Adham
Visa Interview Prep - Adham
- I’ve just completed my 9th grade at School N6 in Kashkadarya region. I am glad to be one
of the most high-achieving students with a 4.0 GPA. Here are my transcripts.
- First of all, I have been awarded a special scholarship for my academic achievements.
And I am proud to be the first student from not only Uzbekistan but also Central Asia to
be studying at this prestigious school.
- Another reason is that, since my brother studies at Missouri State, Greenwood is part of
MSU and has existed for more than 10 decades. So, later in my junior year, I will have the
chance to study college courses and earn more credits, which is really awesome.
4. What subjects or fields are you interested in studying at the high school level?
- Uhm, I will be taking 7 credits this academic year. It starts with GenEd classes: English,
World Civilizations, Personal Finance, Sustainability, and STEM courses, which are:
Geometry, Chemistry, and Computer Science.
- In the meantime, Bakhrom is studying for his Bachelor’s in Computer Science at Missouri
State. As well, he has been working as a Web Support Associate in the Web
Development Department for almost 5 months.
- Bakhrom came to visit us during Winter Break last year and stayed for around 3 weeks,
then went back for spring classes.
- He and his roommate, Bunyod Abdusaidov, pay around $880 a month for a 2 bedroom
apartment, which includes all the utilities and insurance as well.
- Yes, he owns a Toyota Camry, which he has been driving for more than a year.
- 937 East Elm Street, Apt. 10, Springfield, Missouri, 65806 (Greene County), which takes 5
minutes to walk to my school.
14. What are your plans after graduation?
- I am planning to study for my bachelor's in Computer Science at one of the Ivy League
universities, such as: MIT, Harvard, or Stanford.
- And I’ve done pretty well so far by taking its online courses. Here you can see the
certificates from Harvard University and Udacity.
- After my $1,000 scholarship, my tuition fees will be around $8,200. Plus, I have living
expenses and health insurance, which cost about $6,000. So, I have to pay roughly
$15,000 a year.
- My father works as a Lead Engineer for the company “Oil Energy Construction," for
which he makes around $4,000 a month.
- My mother owns and operates several shops in Maymanak, Kashkadarya. She earns
about $30,000 a year.
- Their annual combined income is 800 million soums, which is approximately $78.000.
- Actually, since Greenwood doesn’t provide health insurance, So, I will be enrolling in my
brother’s health insurance plan as a dependent.
