My Fitness
Journey
At first I didn’t know where to start or what to do with my `` My Fitness
Journey`` because I was really a lazy person until I realize this activity it's
just for my own good to be healthy, active and fit. So After I realize I have
figured out a way of what I will do. I should calculate my BMI, after I
calculate my BMI I plan to do biking, jogging, walking and play badminton
to improve my health and fitness is to try my best to stay consistent with my
exercise. Being consistent in any plan is very important because it allows
you not to be so strict with yourself and teaches you how to do things in
moderation.

I also make a schedule so that I can achieve my goals and priorities in the
time I am available. I decided in 1 month I will accomplish an exercise 3
times a week.
On the first day (March 7, 2021) since it is Sunday there is no online class I
joined with my friends do walking. On the second day (March 8, 2021) I
asked my friend if she want to take a walk somewhere for my activity and
they agreed. (March 9, 2021) Since my friends are always on the go I asked
them to play badminton. So that's how I finished my plan in a week. On the
other week until the end on the month I repeat what I did on the first week
and that’s how I accomplished my (My Fitness Journey).

This activity improved my stress levels because sometimes I suffer from


anxiety badly, so when I exercise, it helps me push out my frustrations and
clear my head from all the pressure on my mind. Because honestly I am very
lazy and sometimes I am very busy of the online class, I do not usually get
the time to exercise and release my stress. That is why these activities have
been so helpful to me. It allowed me to get rid of stress daily without
building up and making me have a panic attacks due to stress. When I
exercise, it also helps me to sleep much better and wake up the next day
morning instead of feeling drained.
