IMAGE 1: Physical exercise has many health benefits. When you exercise and run, endorphins
and serotonin are released in your body -- chemicals in your brain that improve your mood.
Running regularly at a moderate or vigorous level can improve your mental health. Running
also improves your memory and ability to learn. One reason is because we are motivated by
the social connection. We are bonded by the conversations that run through the miles and
distract us from thinking “how many more miles?” Social running can pull you out of a running
funk or low mood, inspire you to try new events and build confidence by helping others.

Confidence: Zumba helps to improve coordination and posture, as well as full body toning.
Social Time: One of the great things about Zumba is that anyone can join, so you can easily
bring your friends along with you. In a Zumba® class the good energy just multiplies. Dancing
and group exercises can provide a new social context to make friends. Group classes give
the opportunity for social interaction and can help to build relationships. The Zumba®
community is especially warm and welcoming to newcomers.
ACTIVITY 2:

Plan:
For this program to be successful, I will do the following steps:
• STEP 1 : Research and seek help from people who have already organized
these kinds of events and ask for different advice on how they were able to
pull through those kinds of events
• STEP 2: Upon gathering ang listing down all the information I need to know,
set up the necessary details in order to create the race like, the theme of the
event, the venue, the rules and regulations and the like.
• STEP 3: Once done with all the setting up, the announcement of the fun run
should be done through different media platforms.
• STEP 4: Be able to answer different queried that will be asked by those
people who will be joining the event
• STEP 5: Remaining days will be used to ensure that all planned details will be
accomplished before Race day.

Good Day,
We will be having a Summer Sports Fest and Zumba Dance in our barangay. Our sport
fest will include different type of games like Chess, Badminton, Basketball, and
Volleyball for both men and women. And the Zumba Dance will be participated by our
guardians or elderlies. I hope that you will participate on our event. Thank you in

Question no.1
I can do jogging and planking exercises effectively. Jogging builds strong
bones improves cardiovascular fitness and maintains a healthy
weight. Planking improves body balance and posture, strengthens your core,
improves body flexibility and reduces belly fat, and makes the tummy tight.
Question 2
I can improve my weaknesses as a student, member, or leader of the
community by the willingness to change. I will work on improving my
weaknesses as well as continue enhancing my skills.
Question no.3
Participating and initiating different health activities will keep me fit and
healthy. An active lifestyle coupled with a balanced diet will reduce my risk of
heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. Also, it will help me improve my mental
health and cognitive function.

As a leader of the fitness activities, I learned that strong will and
determination is needed to motivate myself as well as my member to keep
