Maintaining a project control budget and baseline schedule aligned to scope. Controlling cost and schedule and documenting Cost Saves. Tracking project risks in the Risk Register. Coordinating and attending project meetings, generating meeting minutes, and preparing progress reports. Maintaining complete and accurate project documentation, easily retrievable and suitable for audit.
