Hello everyone, it's Nguyen again today I will talk about eating habits.

I used to have a bad


eating habit that affected my health, so I gave up that eating habit. Currently, I have a pretty good
eating habit. For breakfast, I will eat foods that have enough energy for a morning. At lunch, I
will eat light foods so that my body can digest the morning food. Then for dinner, I will eat foods
that are full of nutrients. Sometimes I will eat unhealthy food. Sometimes I'll eat unhealthy food
like fried chicken and french fries. I only eat a small portion of food every day. I want to change
my habit of eating unhealthy food even though I only eat it sometimes. The unhealthy food that
comes to mind is hamburgers. Regarding the eating habits of my family, my grandparents often
have the habit of eating on time and eating enough nutrients. My parents' eating habits are quite
different as they often eat off-time and canned foods. I think that depending on the clothes, it
affects the lifespan of people. There are many diets like Paleo diet, Vegetarian diet, Low-Carb
diet. To compare organic food and normal food, I will choose organic food. The traditional dish
of our country is pho and it is nutritious enough for breakfast, very good for health. Because
organic food has more nutrients, it is often very expensive. Thank you for listening
