AFFIDAVIT TO BE SUBMITTED BY NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS

agree and undertake to observe and abide by the following:

1. I have read and understood rules and regulations that govern my terms of the
admission to the Hostel and shall abide by them
2. I shall also abide by the circulars and communications by SMS and/or Emails &
notices issued by the Management from time to time
3. I shall attend all Open Houses and Cofee with RVG Alumni atleast once in two
months
4. I shall ensure at least 60% attendance in various other programs conducted by
RVG.
5. I shall participate in atleast One of the activities of the Hostel i.e. Academics/
Cultural/ Sports/ Mess/ Festivals/ Floor Management etc.
6. I shall not cause any damage to the hostel premises including furniture and
fixtures.
7. I am conscious about the cleanliness and shall maintain the same in my room and
surroundings.
8. I shall switch of the lights, fans, other electrical appliances and/or air conditioner
etc. when not in use.
9. I am aware that my admission, is granted for the current term/year only
and renewal of the next term/year shall be solely at the management’s
decision based on my following of Institute’s rules and regulations.
10. I am aware that in case my admission is not renewed /readmitted
for another term/year, I am obligated to vacate the premises.
11. I am also aware that in case of violation, the management reserves their
right to terminate my admission and I shall vacate the hostel forthwith after
completing formalities for handing over.
