    QUESTION:

    Should nurses be paid according to the number of tasks they've performed of


    be paid by the hour they've worked?

     In my opinion, nurses should be paid by the number of tasks they’ve performed, not by
    the hour they’ve work. This will give nurses an equal delegation and wage. For an
    instance, a nurse working in a critical unit have different tasks compared to a nurse who
    works at the ward. Most of the time, critical care nurses have unusual nurse-patient
    interaction and care that sometimes caused them to worn out while nurses at ward
    don’t, that is because of the routine care. Therefore, it is fair enough for me if nurses
    will be paid according to their tasks performed that how they get paid.
